Oracle decks are a tool of self-reflection to add to your magical and spiritual practice, or just to use for fun. And while oracle cards can offer insight similar to tarot cards, there are some major differences. Most tarot decks are based on the Rider-Waite deck, the OG of tarot cards.

Originated in Japan, Reiki is an energy-based method of treatment designed to relieve conditions and promote healing. The healer uses his or her hands to activate the person´s life force energy and kickstart its flow, solving energy blockages that cause disease or mental illness.

An Indian head massage is a deeply relaxing treatment where I focus on the head, neck, and shoulders. Using invigorating movements to deplete built-up tension, this massage also stimulates the scalp and can be a brilliant way to encourage hair growth.

Hopi Ear Candling
Hopi ear candling (coming from the name of a Native American tribe none too happy about this usage) involves the therapist inserting a cone shaped piece of cloth into the ear soaked in herbs, honey, and beeswax.
